Throughout her working career she has had the role of encourage and motivate. She worked with developmentally delayed children as a teaching assistant and with adults in group home settings as well as job supervisor. She has had the passion to see people achieving and succeeding beyond their supposed limitations. Kathy and her husband Bill started Enrichment Guides to help others realize their dreams at any age.
